Thank you for your question. Currently there are about 40 regulare flights from Moscow airports to Sochi and about 20 additionally.
Not necessary to stay a night in Moscow, passengers can change a flight at the same airport. This is important - arrival in Moscow and departure to Sochi must be from the same airport. There 3 - SVO, DME, VKO.
